Intec's Hose Reels

Intec has enhanced the resilience for our hose reels by producing from 1" steel channel, welding all connections, powder coating, and incorporating our exclusive Bearing Tensioner System which lets users set desired rolling speed & brake. We have also extended the base to provide more balance for those desiring a portable hose reel.

Two sizes are offered:

1. HR150 - expected to be utilized for blow hose to enhance customers' efficiencies with their blowing machines

   1. Has the following capacities:

      1. 300' of 2-1/2" diameter hose

      2. 250' of 3" diameter hose

      3. 200' of 3-1/2" diameter hose

      4. 150' of 4" diameter hose

      5. 75' of 6" diameter hose

      6. 25' of 8" diameter hose

         

2. HR350 - expected to be utilized for vacuum hose to enhance customers' efficiencies with their vacuums.

   1. Has the following capacities:

      1. 550' of 3" diameter hose

      2. 450' of 3-1/2" diameter hose

      3. 350' of 4" diameter hose

      4. 100' of 4" diameter hose & 100' 6" diameter hose

         1. Note: Holds our standard hose package of 100' - 6" diameter and 50' - 4" diameter vacTUFF hose, with additional space available

      5. 150' of 6" diameter hose

      6. 100' of 8" diameter hose

         

Each are floor mounted and can be offered with or without caster wheels.
